Parts of military vehicles. Defence Support Group, Land Supply Business Unit, part of the UK Ministry of Defence, seeks to place a single Enabling Contract to source and supply spare parts for gearboxes, to include, but not limited to, transmission spares and the CVR (T) TN15 gearbox spares, which includes, but not exclusively, DMC 9CVT and DMC 1SC items, for a period of 4 years, to support Base overhaul and Land support activity.

Drawings will be made available wherever possible, at the tender stage, however, if not available Tenderers should use ISIS. Once the dynamic pre-qualification questionnaire has been completed and assessed, successful suppliers will be invited to tender. The evaluation criteria for the tender will be set out in the ITT.

Any resulting Contract shall contain a set of Key Performance Indicators to measure performance in areas such as delivery and quality, and shall include remedies for poor performance.
