The purpose of conducting the public procurement is to conclude a public procurement contract, which acquires a device intended for the examination of documents to the Estonian Forensic Science Institute. The device shall be able to examine the documents in detail at different magnifications and under different optical conditions, to examine different security features and digital data, and to record the results of the study in the form of maximum high-quality image and/or video files.
