The purpose of this call for tenders is to award the management of electronic payments and the financial management of the SME portfolio to a service provider for a further period of four years. The assignment consists of two parts:

1. The financial management of the SME portfolio; AND

2. Building and managing the IT part to make the financial flows of the portfolio function digitally and to communicate with the application of the SME portfolio
