The purpose of the contracting authority is to conclude an agreement with a single Tenderer who can meet the need of the contracting authority in the field of supply and services (implementation, maintenance and management (SAAS)) of an integrated e-HRM personnel and salary application (hereinafter e-HRM system).

The scope of the assignment (excluding options) is as follows:

▪ Employed by contracting authority (remunerated): approximately 1,950 employees;

▪ External employees (not rewarded): Approximately 25 external employees.
