The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractors of a financial intermediation service consisting in the provision and comprehensive operation of the financial product — Municipal Loan.

Support in the form of unit city loans to finance projects in the field of revitalisation/ modernisation/ adaptation/ change in the use of construction structures within the meaning of the Construction Law or their teams, including common parts, located in the territory of the province West Pomeranian, implemented in the areas designated in the relevant revitalization programmes currently in force, granted by the financial intermediary (hereinafter “the Contractor”) to final recipients, using public funds administered by the West Pomeranian Development Agency Regional S.A. (hereinafter “the Contracting Authority”), under the conditions laid down in the Product Metryka and in the Agreement.

The limit of funds, constituting the Contracting Authority, granted to the Contractor under the given part shall be PLN 8 000 000 000.
