The purpose of this contract is to:

- the assumption of responsibility, if necessary the waiting during loading by the operator of the site concerned, and the weighing of the waste;

- the transport of packaging to the sorting centre indicated by the Holder;

- weighing and unloading of packaging in the sorting unit(s);

- the sorting of packaging in accordance with the requirements defined by CITEO or other eco-organisation in charge of packaging and the performance clauses of the market;

- the valorization of sorting refusals in an energy recovery unit (UVE or Csr sector) approved Icpe

- the Establishment and delivery to Trivalis, documents that allow the monitoring of transport, recovery and disposal operations (weighing tickets, readings , etc.) in accordance with the regulations in force

for the Transportation part, the licensee shall ensure:

- Coordination of evacuations in conjunction with the operators of the transfer centres and the sorting centre.

- Evacuation of full FMA skips.

- Transport, identification, double weighing, emptying at the sorting centre(s) approved under the ICPE, exclusively designated by the Holder.

- Establishment and delivery to the operator of documents that allow the monitoring of transport and disposal operations.

For the Sorting part, the incumbent will have to ensure:

- Reception, flow weighing and quality control.

- Carrying out samples for characterizations and characterizations.

- Sorting of packaging waste in accordance with the standards of the eco-organization in charge of packaging.

- Transport and processing of sorting refusals, with priority for energy recovery, including management of by-products from energy recovery.

- The storage, packaging and loading of materials sorted according to the standards of the eco-organization in charge of packaging and according to the technical specifications of the buyers.

- Evacuation of sorted materials to Trivalis' buyers.
