1. The subject of the contract is the supply of chocolates, confectionery and desserts.

2. Requirements and detailed description of the subject matter of the contract are detailed in Annex 1 to the SWZ and the other tender documentation to be posted on the

3. The Contracting Authority provides for the right of option in the said procedure. The right of option means that the Ordering Party will definitely purchase the basic quantity. The optional value of the Contract is the maximum value, and its non-performance (in whole or in part) may not be the basis for the Contractor to pursue any claims in this respect. Optional deliveries may be made only with the consent of the Ordering Party, in the quantities indicated by the Ordering Party, at the applicable unit prices, within the term of performance (validity) of the Agreement.

The subject of the order is the supply of chocolates, confectionery and desserts in the following quantities:

1. Dark whole chocolate - 11,525 kg (basic quantity - 5,762.50 kg; optional quantity - 5,762.50 kg);

2. Full milk chocolate - 12,725 kg (basic quantity - 6,362.50 kg; optional quantity - 6,362.50 kg);

3. Milk chocolate with nuts - 11,725 kg (basic quantity - 5,862.50 kg; optional quantity - 5,862.50 kg);

4. Milk chocolate with whole hazelnuts - 9,725 kg (basic quantity - 4,862.50 kg; optional quantity - 4,862.50 kg);

5. Chocolate with fruit filling - 7,325 kg (basic quantity - 3,662.50 kg; optional quantity - 3,662.50 kg);

6. Wafer layered with cocoa mass in chocolate - 5,975 kg (basic quantity - 2,987.50 kg; optional quantity - 2,987.50 kg);

7. Coconut wafer in chocolate - 5,975 kg (basic quantity - 2,987.50 kg; optional quantity - 2,987.50 kg);

8. Wafer layered with peanut mass in chocolate - 4,975 kg (basic quantity - 2,487.50 kg; optional quantity - 2,487.50 kg);

9. Wafer layered with toffee in chocolate - 5,975 kg (basic quantity - 2,987.50 kg; optional quantity - 2,987.50 kg);

10. Chocolate candies - 4,878 kg (basic quantity - 2,439 kg; optional quantity - 2,439 kg);

11. Vanilla sugar - 45.50 kg (basic quantity - 22.75 kg; optional quantity - 22.75 kg);

12. Jelly - 4,360.30 kg (basic quantity - 2,180.15 kg; optional quantity - 2,180.15 kg).
