The acquisition is subject to the insurance coverage of AEL-Amiedu Oy (subscriber/policyholder), including the following types of insurance:

1. Insurance for accidents at work and occupational diseases and other personal insurance

2. Group accident insurance

3. Travel insurance

4. Asset and Operational Insurance

5. Vehicle insurance.

One (1) service provider (insurer) is selected as the executor of the acquisition. The first period of insurance included in the insurance contract will be from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 (12 months), after which the policies will continue until further notice.

Details of the cover to be requested are contained in Annexes 1 to the invitation to tender and Annexes 2 to 7 (Injury statistics, Assets and Vehicle Lists) to the call for tender. The bidder must have the ability to produce the service and the insurance documents in the Finnish language.

In the competition of insurance, the policyholder is assisted by Söderberg & Partners (Söderberg & Partners) Finland Oy, Tölönkatu 4, 2nd round EN-00100 Helsinki. Söderberg & Partners is involved in the preparation of the tender offer, the offer comparison and acts as a partner for the policyholder during the insurance contract.
