This contract concerns: intellectual services and missions related to building and infrastructure projects and in particular, asbestos and lead diagnostics before works, surveyor missions, geotechnical missions, technical control, safety coordination and health protection

For his mission, the incumbent will have to carry out:- visits and surveys of the site,- the restitution of in-depth investigations, soundings, samples and analyses carried out,- the drafting of mission reports to identify products that may contain asbestos and/or lead with a view to demolition or works,- if necessary, additional investigations necessary during works or demolitions operations in the event of unforeseen circumstances,- where applicable, the identification of materials for the establishment of the technical file in accordance with Article R 1334-21 of the Public Health Code."

carrying out soil studies, necessary for the realization of works as and when necessary, for studies and works concerning land and sites belonging to the Régie Départementale des Transports des Bouches-Du-Rhône (Rdt13). Studies may focus on land or sites not belonging to TDR13, with a view to a potential project. The scope of intervention of the Rdt13 is likely to evolve during the duration of the contract."

The purpose of this contract is the missions of coordinator in matters of safety and health protection, under the conditions defined by the texts in force. These CSPS missions are to be carried out for work on buildings or infrastructures under construction or occupied. It can be mixed operations of new construction, heavy restructuring, rehabilitation, major maintenance, major works, demolition, asbestos removal. These buildings are spread over all the mouths of the Rhône.Attention is drawn to the presence of construction sites in Sensitive Areas. Particular attention will be paid to safety (risk of break-ins during or outside construction site hours likely to endanger personnel, etc.)."
