Description:

Performing services in the field of forest management in the Żagań Forest District in 2023 - 2 proceedings.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Act on forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as works in the field of nursery and seed, to be carried out in the Żagań Forest District in 2023.

Package I - Provision of forest management services in the area of forestry: Cietrzewo, Karliki;

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, as well as in the field of nursery and seed production resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Package II – Provision of forest management services in the area of forestry: Mirostowice, Trzebów;

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Package III — Forestry management services: Baszkowo, Podlaski

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, resulting from Annex 2 to swz, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Package IV — Forestry management services: Ponds, Łozy, Kowalice

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Package XI - Specialist package - Timber harvesting - forestry Cietrzewo, Karliki, Mirostowice, Trzebów, Baszkowo, Podlaski, Stawy Łozy. Kowalice.

The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber (including the acquisition of multi-operation machines) and works in the field of nursery, semining and chemical melioration, to be carried out in the area of Żagań Forest District in the year 2022.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes works in the field of nursery, seed and chemical drainage resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works;

Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1. – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of harvesting wood;

Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5. – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

The material ranges listed in Annexes 2.1., 2..2 are estimates.
