1. The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting and nursery (nursery in Wojcieszów), seed production, meadow and agricultural management, maintenance of educational and tourist facilities, to be performed in the Złotoryja Forest District in 2024.

2. The Contractor is bound by the offer for 90 days from the date of the deadline for submission of offers, i.e. until 25.02.2024

3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

4. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of services consistent with the services being the subject of the contract. The material scope of the services covered by these contracts shall not exceed the value of 60% of the value of this contract.
