Framework agreement without minimum or maximum pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the issuance of subsequent contracts. The framework agreement is concluded for a period from 1.3.2020 to 29.2.2024.

Regarding the 1 re staffing (order forms based on the BPU of the framework agreement): the technical description of each lot specifies the delivery date of the vehicle concerned for the initial order. Thus, the LOA contract runs from this expiry date, specific to each vehicle, until 29.2.2024.

With regard to the acquisition of vehicles in the course of execution (performance by subsequent contracts for vehicles rented during the performance of the contract): the delivery deadlines for the vehicles will be fixed in each subsequent contract. The LOA contract will run from the date of delivery until 29.2.2024.

Passenger vehicles, about 21 vehicles.

Van type utility vehicles, about 6 vehicles.

Cabin chassis commercial vehicles, about 6 vehicles.

Commercial vehicles of the chassis cab type, equipped with special equipment, approximately 1 vehicle.
