The object is the conclusion of a framework agreement per lot with a trading partner for the procurement of all CITRIX products available in the product list of the manufacturer CITRIX Systems GmbH, as well as corresponding maintenance and services (can be found at https://www.citrix.de/products/).

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to enter into a master agreement per lot with a trading partner for the procurement of all CITRIX products available in the product list of the manufacturer CITRIX Systems GmbH, as well as corresponding maintenance and services (available at https://www.citrix.de/products/).

All components to be delivered must be new from the manufacturer. The devices must come from a current series production by the manufacturer. Each delivery must be delivered as an original product in its original packaging. The hardware supplied by the contractor may only have been procured via the authorized distribution channels specified by the manufacturers. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide the Client with a certificate of authenticity.

Subject to the consent of the manufacturer, the following right of hosting shall apply to the eligible members of the KDN vis-à-vis their decentralised organisational units or members of the association:

— “Service providers shall be allowed to provide Hosting Services to third parties without registration as CSP and purchasing in its own name, if the following conditions are in place:

— Service Provider is GELA Eligible,

— Customer of Service Providers are only GELA eligible entities.

Thesis criteria represent minimum conditions that need to be in place to qualify for this exemplution. Each case wants to require an individual assessment. In a next step the GELA Eligible Customers of the Governmental Service Provider must be named as the entitlement will be restricted to services to these customers and will not include any transfer rights. The service provider shall be free to register as a CSP”.
