The tender competition involves the production/addition and delivery of 1 fire engine and 1 tanker with a crew cabin. Option for the delivery of 1 additional fire engine during a 3 year period.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

Contract:

The contract will be regulated by the attached contract with the accompanying standard contract terms.

If the option is activated, it must in force within 3 years from date of signing the contract.

The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
