The subject of the contract is to grant a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 4,060,000.00 for the Lubaczów Commune with the following characteristics:
a) Loan amount PLN 4,060,000.00 (in words: four million sixty thousand zlotys 00/100). The loan will be activated in Polish zlotys (PLN), in a non-cash form through the implementation of the Ordering Party's instructions.
(b) Purpose of the credit:
• repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances in the amount of PLN 1,628,800.00,
• financing the planned deficit in the amount of PLN 2,431,200.00.
c) Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2035.
d) The loan repayment will be secured only by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration, countersigned by the Treasurer of the Commune on these documents.
The subject of the contract is the granting of a long-term PLN loan in the amount of PLN 4,060,000.00 for the Municipality of Lubaczów, hereinafter referred to as the Ordering Party, with the following characteristics:
a) Loan amount PLN 4,060,000.00 (in words: four million sixty thousand zlotys 00/100). The loan will be activated in Polish zlotys (PLN), in a non-cash form through the implementation of the Ordering Party's instructions.
(b) Purpose of the credit:
• repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances in the amount of
PLN1,628,800.00,
• financing the planned deficit in the amount of PLN 2,431,200.00.
c) Loan period: from the date of conclusion of the contract to 31.12.2035.
d) The loan repayment will be secured only by a blank promissory note together with a promissory note declaration, countersigned by the Treasurer of the Commune on these documents.
e) The loan will be activated at the borrower's written instruction, in the form of a transfer, in tranches, to the indicated bank account from the date of signing the contract until 31.12.2022.
f) The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the full amount of the credit.
(g) It may be possible to change the amount and date of mobilisation of the credit. The Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor about the amount and date of payment of a given tranche of the loan 3 days before the payment of the loan.
h) Repayment of capital in Polish zlotys will take place on quarterly dates specified in the annex to the agreement, in 8 installments in the amount of PLN 75,000.00, another 4 installments of PLN 77,500.00 and 28 subsequent installments in the amount of PLN 112,500.00 with a grace period for repayment of the first installment until 31.03.2026.
i) The Ordering Party reserves the right to repay the capital or the capital installment early, without incurring any costs in this respect.
j) The period of accrual of interest on the loan will be directly proportional to the actual time of credit,
k) It is allowed to postpone the repayment of the loan or loan installments with prior written information of the Contractor and obtaining the consent of the Bank.
(l) Interest shall be repaid on a quarterly basis as set out in the Annex to the contract on the amount of credit actually used. The Contractor shall not charge any additional fees and commissions for the granting and servicing of the loan other than the fees specified in the subject of the contract. The first interest payment will take place in the month of granting the loan. The Contractor will be obliged to inform the contracting authority 10 days (calendar days) in advance of the amount of interest. When calculating interest, it is assumed that the year has 365 days, and the month and quarter have the actual number of calendar days. The loan will be repaid in quarterly installments for the period from 31.03.2026 to 31.12.2035. If the repayment date of the loan or interest falls on a public holiday, the deadline shall be deemed to have been observed if the repayment took place on the first working day after the date specified in the contract. The Ordering Party reserves the right to early repayment of the loan without the Bank charging interest for the period after repayment of the loan or additional fees. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the full amount of the loan at no additional cost
