The contract will be divided into 4 lots: Work Clothes, Work Shoes, Personal Protective Equipment and Laundry of work clothes. There will be an opportunity to submit tenders for each individual lot. If a combined tender is submitted for 2 or more lots, this will lead to a better score in the assessment.

The contracting authority is open to both the procurement and hire of work clothes.

The use of zero-emission vehicles for the transport of goods and services under this contract will give extra points in the assessment.

Renovasjonen IKS shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase or hire of work clothes. Tenderers must be certified in accordance with EN ISO 20471. The colour must be either all yellow or a combination of yellow/black.

We also have a local workshop that is to have work clothes of the colour combination black/grey.

Item lines under products are estimated annual consumption and will be used to compare the price of both purchase and hire.

Renovasjonen IKS has branches at Forus, Sandnes and Tau. Sandnes has 25 employees, Tau has 10 employees and Forus has around 150 employees.
