The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from street bins, bus stops and dog waste bins located in the Lesznowola Commune. The expected number of baskets to be emptied during the contract completion period, i.e. 24 months (from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2025) is: 110 508 pcs.

The frequency of emptying baskets varies and has been specified in the Detailed Description of the subject of the contract - constituting Annex 12 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract includes the collection of waste collected in street bins, bus stops and dog droppings bins, transport of waste and management of collected waste in a manner consistent with applicable regulations. Management (recovery, recycling and neutralization) of municipal waste collected from street bins, bus stops and dog droppings must be carried out in a way that ensures that appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods are achieved and the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is reduced, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.09.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, Act of 14.12.2012 on waste, Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on the levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste, WPGO and Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Lesznowola Commune.

As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage any amount of municipal waste accumulated in street and bus stop bins and in dog droppings bins.
