The procurement concerns a framework agreement for maintenance, management, and further development of the Norwegian Parliament's interaction systems.
The digitalisation of assignments and work processes that support parliamentary and administrative work in the Norwegian Parliament is a prioritised assignment for the administration. The administration will have access through this framework agreement to the necessary competence and capacity for being able to maintain, manage, and develop interaction systems on Microsoft 365 in accordance with the users' needs and expectations. In addition there can be call-offs for consultancy assistance.
The work will be carried out in close collaboration with both the IT department in the administration, those with needs in the professional departments, and employees in the section for IT performance support who are responsible for orders and follow-up of deliveries.
The establishment phase starts on 22 August 2023, with the start-up of SSA-V on 19 October 2023.
The estimated value for the next four years is approx. NOK 50 million excluding VAT. The maximum amount is NOK 80 million, excluding VAT.
