The contracting entity shall request a tender for the following services by subdivision:

SECTION 1 A. Voice Services

Part 2 B. Customer Service Solutions

This section deals with subsection 1 A. Voice services. The tenderer may submit a tender for only lot A or, alternatively, offer an invitation to tender for both areas.

The requirements of Lot 1 are described in Appendix A of the invitation to tender – Requirement specification for voice services. The price supplement for the sub-area is Annex A to the invitation to tender – price supplement for voice services. The tenderer fills in the information specified in the invitation to tender for the area offered to the annexes. The service will be provided on the basis of this invitation to tender, the minimum requirements described in the annexes and the information provided by the tenderer in its tender.

The tenderer must clearly indicate in the tender document itself which areas are offered (select the sub-area(s) offered on the tarjouspalvelu.fi portal). A separate procurement decision is made for each sub-package (A and B).

The tender documents are in Finnish and the offer must be issued in Finnish.
