The purpose of this contract is to provide assistance in terms of thermal and aeraulic operation, control of operation and maintenance of installations. This contract is of the PFI type (lump-sum benefit with profit-sharing) and will concern the following services:

- production and distribution of heat for hot water heating;

- heat production for reheating domestic hot water;

- ancillary services for driving and maintenance (treatment of heating and sanitary water, meters, unit heaters, AHU, VMC, transmitters, etc.);

- The air conditioning.
