The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and nursery work, to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Chojnów in 2022.
Package 1 — Forestry: Dobiesz, Mount Calvary;The work includes, inter alia, the following works:
1. Acquisition of timber with retraction on log and care surfaces
2. Forest farming: preparation of log surfaces for renewal, planting of forest, cultivation of crops, etc.
3. Forest protection: protecting the forest from harmful factors, cleaning up garbage.
4. Fire protection: cleaning the area by public roads from the remains of logging.

Package 2 — forestry: Chojnów, Uwieliny;The work includes, inter alia, the following works:
