The object of this contract is the award, by open telematic procedure, of the service of "Verification of the final and executive design, pursuant to Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the construction of the Sant'Anna scientific-technological park in San Giuliano Terme (PI) – Lot A".

The object of this contract is the assignment of the service of "Verification of the final and executive design, pursuant to Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the construction of the Sant'Anna scientific-technological park in San Giuliano Terme (PI) – Lot A". The services covered by the contract have as their ultimate purpose the verification for the purposes of validation by the RUP, pursuant to Art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, of the executive project of the Work; the Service will be carried out with reference to the characteristics, methods and forms defined in the Special Tender Specifications (hereinafter "Specifications") and detailed in the Offer by the Consignee of this contract, as well as by specific operational provisions issued by the RUP.
