The object of the contract is the construction of a parking lot, together with spaces for disabled people and with accompanying infrastructure under the project “Expansion of the Waste Zoning Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.,” according to technical documentation and construction permit — Decision No AB.6740.1.697. 2015 of 19 October 2015, as annexes to this SWZ.

General scope of the item of the order:

The scope of the object of the contract includes construction works, obtaining a decision on a use permit or no objection on the notification of the competent building authority of the completion of the construction, the drafting of post-construction documentation, the necessary instructions for operation and the provision of guarantees, according to with order documents.

The object of the contract is the construction of a parking lot, together with spaces for disabled people and with accompanying infrastructure under the project “Expansion of the Waste Zoning Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.,” according to technical documentation and construction permit — Decision No AB.6740.1.697. 2015 of 19 October 2015, as annexes to this SWZ.

General scope of the item of the order:

1) The scope of the object of the contract includes construction works, obtaining a decision on a use permit or no objection on the notification of the competent building authority of completion of construction, the development of post-construction documentation, the necessary instructions for operation and the provision of guarantees, according to the order documents.

2) In the framework of implementation the Contractor shall, in particular, blame:

a) familiarize yourself with SWZ;

(b) apply the document circulation procedure developed by the investor supervision inspector, which is Annex No 6 to the model contract — Annex No 6 to the SWZ;

(c) carry out construction works in accordance with the accompanying documentation;

(d) obtain all necessary decisions/arrangements to allow the use of the facility after the completion of the works.

3) The transfer of the Contractor of the construction site will be made protocol, on the date of signing the contract, in the presence of an investor supervision inspector and a representative of the Contracting Authority. The Contractor shall have full responsibility for the site and the machinery, equipment and facilities on it after the acquisition of the construction site. After the transfer of the construction site, the Ordering Party, Supervisor and Supervisor shall have the right to enter the construction site at any time.

4) The Contracting Authority shall inform the possibility that the Contractors carry out a local vision at the place of execution of the The costs of making a local vision are borne by the Contractor. Local vision can be made on working days from 9.00 to 13.00. In order to participate in the local vision, the Contractors are obliged to report (by email) to the person entitled to contact the Contractors, as indicated in Chapter VIII of the SWZ, the names of persons who will participate in the local vision (the Contractor will be obliged to fulfil the obligation in relation to these persons information GDPR referred to in Chapter XX of SWZ). Local vision will be carried out after prior agreement and confirmation of the exact date and time with the Ordering Party. Those who arrive on a local vision (administrative building — secretariat) are required to have an identity card with them. The Contracting Authority informs that it does not provide for a meeting of Contractors to clarify doubts about the content of the SWZ and will not answer questions related to the SWZ during the local vision.

At the same time, the Contracting Authority shall inform that it does not require the Contractor to carry out a local vision or to check the documents necessary for the execution of the contract referred to in Article 131 (2) of the Law Pzp.

5) The Contracting Authority informs that it has attached an extract from the answers to questions submitted at the stage of the previous tender procedure No ZP/ZZO/7/2020 to the task under the name: “Construction of a car park with accompanying infrastructure within the framework of the project MN.” Expansion of the Waste Development Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.” constituting Annex No 18 to SWZ.

6) The Contracting Authority shall have a construction log for the above tasks and shall forward it to the Contractor on the date of signing the contract.
