Statistics Sweden needs a receptionist/caretaker with administrative ability for its premises in Örebro and Solna.

The section for support and premises shall, among other things, provide effective and appreciated support in local services and administration to the authority. The section shall contribute to an efficient and modern provision of premises and a good working environment.

The work means that you have a great responsibility with a lot of contacts both with internal and with external parties. The work is carried out by a team and collaboration with Solna/Örebro.

Description of the procurement item

Statistics Sweden needs a receptionist/caretaker with administrative ability. In order for the work to work in the event of unplanned and planned absence/leave, Statistics Sweden needs to sign an agreement with a supplier per place of business who can keep a "pool" of trained receptionists/janitors to call in if necessary.

Extent

The agreement covers the delivery of receptionists/janitors for Statistics Sweden's operations in Örebro and Solna. The volume of the assignments is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 6,700,000 for the entire contract period excluding VAT for ongoing call-offs if necessary during the contract period. The budget is calculated on one consultant per location on a full-time basis, but depending on what it looks like with own staffing and needs from the business, it can vary.

The scope of the assignments will vary during the contract period. The buyer does not undertake to purchase a certain volume during the term of the agreement. The maximum amount that the framework agreement may cover during the term of the agreement is SEK 10,000,000 excluding VAT.

Statistics Sweden will adopt the most economically advantageous tender with reference to the following grounds for award:

In the event that two (2) or more tenders receive the same minimum tender price, the contracting authority will award contracts by ticket. The sweepstakes will take place at the minutes meeting consisting of three (3) representatives from the SCB.
