1. Purchase of a new heavy fire rescue and fire extinguishing truck for TSO in Zaborowo.
2. The car, along with equipment, is to be free of design, material, executive and legal defects.
3. A detailed description of the object of the order is contained in the table, which is a separate document made available by the Contracting Authority on the website of the proceedings.
4. The subject of the order must comply with the requirements and parameters in the detailed description of the subject of the order.
5. Valued in the offer form, the car and equipment must have no worse parameters than those indicated in the detailed description of the item of the order.
6. If the Contractor proposes an item of contract with inferior parameters and conditions than indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, the offer will be subject to rejection as not meeting the conditions of the SWZ.

7. The Contractor is obliged to prepare and communicate to the Contracting Authority all documents necessary for registration of the vehicle on the day of receipt of the car in accordance with the contract signed
8. Vehicle service must be carried out at the Ordering Party and/or by service points located in Poland.
9. Actual reception of the car will take place at the Contractor's premises immediately after a positive technical and quality reception.
10. The Contracting Authority provides for the award of similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Law of Public Procurement Act, in the case of the award to the existing contractor of a basic contract, for additional supplies intended to be a partial replacement of the products delivered or installation, or an increase in current supply or expansion of existing installations if the contractor's change would require the contracting officer to acquire materials with other technical characteristics, which would cause technical incompatibility or disproportionately large technical difficulties in the use and maintenance of these products or installations - amounting to not more than 50% of the value of the basic order, e.g. resulting from the need to extend the scope of the task.
