The project is a combination project, consisting of both a co-financing and a wastewater project. On HOFOR's part of the project, HOFOR itself enters into a consultant agreement, separate from this consultant agreement.
The hydraulic solutions in the Cloudburst and Safe School Road project on Skellet will basically be carried out as a co-financing project, with TMF as the client/contracting entity, hereinafter named "Project Skellet". Should parts of the hydraulic solution during design prove not to be able to comply with the guidelines for co-financing projects, these will be transferred to be carried out as wastewater projects with HOFOR A/S as client/contracting entity with the option of using this consultancy agreement, with HOFOR as the contracting entity. This may result in changes to the ATR forms after the conclusion of the agreement.
The tenderer must be aware that
The project consists of a cloudburst project, a Safe School Road project and a restoration project.
The cloudburst project is part of the overall cloudburst solution in the cloudburst branch 'Gåsebækrenden' and aims to handle cloudburst water from the area, which is led to local storage in the project area, as well as everyday rain, which will be seeped locally or led delayed to sewer.
The cloudburst project is a combination project, consisting of both a co-financing and a wastewater project. The co-financing project consists of a combined cloudburst and delay road. This part is financed by co-financing funds and managed by the City of Copenhagen. Here, the City of Copenhagen is the client. The wastewater project consists of a delay in the form of a cloudburst pipeline/pipe basin. This part is financed and managed by HOFOR. Here, HOFOR is the client.
The Safe School Road project consists of improving conditions for cyclists and pedestrians around Ålholm School. This is done by establishing traffic calming of Vibeholmen, safe crossing of Skellet, kiss and ride initiatives along Skellet and flexible bicycle parking at Ålholm School.
The restoration project consists of a 1:1 restoration of selected road and pavement sections on Skellet, to contemporary standards.
