The IHP-GmbH as a recognized research institute in the association of the Leibniz Society has been operating a clean room with a floor area of 1,000 m at the Frankfurt (Oder) location since 1999
After continuous use, work began on replacing the existing chemical supply cabinets in 2017.
The replacement of the developer 1 (NMD-W 2.38%) and developer 2 (NMD-3 2.38%) cabinets is planned for 2021. The exchange can only take place in the specified maintenance period of the clean room operation, KW 26-KW30 / 2021. Complete planning, production, factory acceptance and timely delivery on the part of the provider must be guaranteed in order to rule out supply failures.
Due to the limited space and the arrangement of several chemical cabinets in a network, the external dimensions must be precisely adhered to in accordance with the existing system. Control panels and other functional units of the new systems must correspond to the arrangement of the respective existing system.
An on-site inspection of the bidder is a prerequisite and condition for the consideration of an offer.
