The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to the facilities of Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.

1. The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity to the facilities of Zakład Zagospodarowania Odpadów Sp. z o.o. in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law.

The selected Contractor shall be obliged to represent the Contracting entity and its organisational unit before the relevant Distribution System Operator in matters related to the conclusion of the distribution agreement. To perform the above-mentioned activities, the Contractor will receive an appropriate power of attorney.

Estimated electricity demand in the period:

- from 01.02.2023 to 31.01.2024 for the facility:

a) Object I

Waste Management Plant Sp. z o.o.

Marszów 50 A, 68-200 Żary

Estimated demand during the term of the contract: 3 100 000 kWh

(b) Object II

Reloading Station in Lubsko

(non-residential object – utility building, Złota 3, 68-300 Lubsko)

Estimated demand during the term of the contract: 26,000 kWh

(c) Object III

Landfill in Lubsko,

Złota Dz. 93/34, 68-300 Lubsko

Estimated demand during the term of the contract: 30 kWh.

(d) Object IV

Landfill in Żary,

Żurawia Street, 68-200 Żary

Estimated demand during the term of the contract: 550,000 kWh

The Ordering Party informs that the above-mentioned demand is the estimated value. The Purchaser reserves the right not to use the above quantities in full.
