This consultation concerns: acquisition of school books. Place (s) of execution: Bordeaux - Mérignac - Ambarès-et-Lagrave - Artigues-près-Bordeaux - Floirac - Bruges - Pessac - Bègles. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a grouping of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code with the following organizations:

- town of Ambarès-et-Lagrave,

- city of Bègles,

- city of Bruges,

- town of Floirac,

- town of Mérignac,

- city of Pessac,

- city of Artigues-près-Bordeaux.

The coordinator of the grouping of orders is: city of Bordeaux. He will be responsible for signing, signing and notifying the framework agreement. Each member must monitor the execution of the framework agreement.

The procurement procedure used is: the open invitation to tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement without minimum or maximum is made in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the order code public. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year. Estimated amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 1,480,000.00 - details by municipality are given in the consultation documents.
