The contracting entity wishes to establish two framework agreements for Lot 1 and Lot 2 concerning transport and crane services in connection with projects under Eltransmission A/S and for the daily operation and maintenance of Eltransmission A/S. Energinet handles the tender of the two framework agreements as a purchasing body on behalf of Energinet Eltransmission A/S. Subsequent orders for the two framework agreements will be awarded by Energinet Eltransmission A/S. Sub-agreement 1: Transport and crane assignments throughout Denmark, except transport and crane tasks performed as internal transport between two locations in the postal codes 0000 – 4999. Sub-agreement 2: Transport and crane tasks performed as internal transport between two locations in the postal codes 0000 – 4999. It is possible to bid on one or both lots. Subpart 1:

Transport and crane assignments throughout Denmark except transport and crane tasks performed as internal transport between two locations in the postal codes 0000 – 4999.

The majority of loading (approx. 95%) will be based on postcode 7000 for delivery throughout Denmark. It must be possible to unload at locations by crane.

The remaining readings will typically be return loads from Energinet locations to delivery in zip code 7000. It must be possible to carry out readings at Energinet locations by crane.

The maximum value of lot 1 will be the following (including the amendment clauses in the contract of 2x10%:16,800,000 DKK.

Part Agreement 2

With the establishment of this agreement, Energinet wishes to cover the need regarding the use of general crane lifting, reversing and transport services internally between two locations in the postal code 0000-4999 area.

The maximum value of lot 2 will be the following (including the amendment clauses in the contract of 2x10%: DKK 2,400,000.
