Development of project documentation and performing copyright supervision for the Investment. on: Reconstruction of the real estate of the Farmers Social Insurance Fund in Kłobuck at 11 Listopada 3A and 15 Wyszyńskiego Street

The subject of the contract is Development of project documentation and authorship supervision for the Investment. on: Reconstruction of the property of the Farmers Social Insurance Contributional Fund in Kłobuck at 11 Listopada 3A and 15 Wyszyńskiego Street.

2.The property is owned by the Farmers Social Insurance Contributional Fund.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the PPU.

4. The Contractor for the proper execution of the order will provide designers of the relevant industries, i.e. in the construction and construction, electrical and sanitation industries.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the contract under the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the PPU together with the annexes constituting Chapter III of the SWZ.

6. The Contracting Authority requires a guarantee for the documentation executed covering the period from the date of issue of the subject of the contract to the date of receipt of construction works - not less than 24 months — in accordance with § 13 of the PPU.
