Jätkäsaaren Pysäköinti Oy has decided to implement the Melkinlaituri parking facility as a kvr contract. The client of the project is Jätkäsaaren Pysäköinti Oy.
The Melkinlaituri parking facility will house parking spaces for blocks 20077, 20078, 20082 and 20083. The parking facility will have 460 parking spaces and about 4 motorcycle spaces. At the ground level of the parking facility on the Atlantkatu side, retail space will be located.
The kvr contract includes all design and construction work as well as the permits required for design and construction work so that the object can be handed over to the client to the extent specified in the kvr contract documents, at the level, functionality and condition required by the quality and other requirements.
Immediately after the signing of the kvr contract in August 2023, the contractor, in cooperation with the contracting entity, will develop the preliminary master plans attached to the tender to the level required for the building permit application. The building permit application must be submitted tentatively in October 2023.
The request to participate is accompanied by preliminary plans, the details of which may be negotiated as part of the consultation procedure.
In the negotiation phase, the KVR contractor candidate, in cooperation with the architectural consultant appointed by the client, draws up and develops master plans for his or her tender, taking into account the client's requirements and goals and the contractor's own development ideas. The client comments on the plans in separate snack events (2pcs/candidate). At events, planning is guided to the client's functional, quality, cost and schedule goals.
The estimated value of the procurement is 15,000,000 - 20,000,000 euros (VAT 0%).
The procurement procedure is a negotiated procedure in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts.
Based on the scoring of the requests to participate, the three (3) highest-scoring eligible contractors will be selected for the project tender/negotiated procedure. If three eligible candidates are not found, all eligible candidates shall be selected for the procedure.
