1. A long-term loan in the amount of PLN 9,912,977 (in words: nine million nine hundred twelve thousand nine hundred seventy seven zlotys) for 2019. on the day of repayment from January 15, 2020 to December 15, 2030.
2. Making the loan available to the contracting authority:
At any time at the request of the contracting authority, however, in order to calculate the service costs, the following tranches of the loan activation are accepted:

Including:
1st tranche: until November 8, 2019 in the amount of - PLN 3,000,000 (it is stipulated that the loan may be launched later due to the prolonged tender procedure)
Second tranche: by December 20, 2019 in the amount of PLN 6,912,977
3. The Purchaser reserves the right not to use all or part of the loan.
