• Construction site equipment incl. approx. 30 m construction road

• Approx. 2,500 m² explosive ordnance investigation for the entire construction site including access roads/storage areas

• Clearance of the approx. 1,200 m² construction site including felling and clearing work

• Dewatering with pumps during construction

• Teichentleerung

• Approx. 200 m³ demolition and disposal of concrete

• Approx. 1,900 m³ of excavated earth for pond profiling, including removal and disposal

• approx. 600 m² mineral seal

• approx. 7 m² channel protection with gravel

• approx. 5 m² laying of concrete lattice blocks plus installation of stepping stones in an embankment

• Creation of habitat elements from field stones and rootstocks
