West Kent Housing Association (West Kent) wishes to procure contracts for the provision of cleaning services in West Kent owned blocks, a select number of Emerald communal lounges (including communal kitchens and toilets) and window cleaning for our blocks.

Note that Emerald is the brand name for our accommodation service for people over 55 years old.

The service is divided into 4 Lots. Further details of each of these Lots are set out in Annex B of this notice and in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ).

Applicants may bid for 1, several or all Lots.

It is envisaged that the contracts will last for an initial period of 5 years, with an option to extend for a further 3 years at West Kent's discretion, giving a total potential term of 8 years.
