The object of the contract is the supply of disposable containers and crockery for the city services, in particular the municipal catering service. The services are the subject of a detailed presentation within the CCTP common to all the lots. Duration of the market: each lot is concluded for an initial period of one year from 1.1.2021 or from its notification date if it is later, renewable three times one year by tacit agreement. It can also be expressly renewed in advance if the maximum contractual order amount is reached before the contractual deadline in accordance with the provisions of the CCAP. Optional phase: not applicable open invitation to tender procedure each lot is a single-beneficiary framework agreement concluded with no minimum and with a maximum in application of the provisions of the public procurement code. Maximum annual amount:

- lot 1: 38,000 EUR excluding tax;

- lot 2: 28,000 EUR excluding tax.
