The object of the order is to carry out the following works on the territory of Warsaw:

a) emptying bins,

b) emergency emptying of baskets,

c) moving baskets,

d) washing baskets,

(e) emptying 80 containers (20 four-module sets) for separate waste collection:

glass, metals and plastics, paper, BIO waste. Containers are set in

four-module sets of containers.

Under the contract, the Contractor undertakes to carry out the following works:

a) emptying bins,

(b) interventional emptying of baskets,

(c) rearranging the baskets,

d) washing baskets.

The Contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ employees based on an employment contract, within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320, as amended).
