the making and sending of the parking card for people with disabilities

This contract will therefore cover the following functionalities:

1) Implementation of the transfer and processing of data sent by the contracting authority

2) The layout of the map.

3) Printing, manufacturing and preparation of parking cards and cover letters for people with disabilities.

4) Enveloped documents (parking card and cover letter)

5) The envelopes are issued, after sorting, to a postal company, with the aim of being sent to the citizen (in Belgium or abroad)
