1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of the X-ray apparatus according to the description of the subject of the order contained in Annex 3 of the Terms of Reference with the adaptation of rooms for the installation of the supplied X-ray apparatus described in Annex 7 of the Terms of Reference.
2. The offered object of the contract must meet at least the functions and parameters described in Annex 3 of the ToR - specified as limit parameters of the X-ray apparatus and meet the requirements described in the requirements and recommendations regarding the adaptation of rooms related to the installation of the delivered X-ray apparatus according to Annex 7 of the ToR.
3. The medical devices listed in Annex 3 of the ToR must meet the basic requirements set out in the Act of 20.5.2010 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 211).

Equivalent bids may be submitted provided that the offered item is functionally similar and as close as possible in terms of structure, materials from which it is made, sizes, etc. to sample products, and the Contractor submits in the offer an appropriate document from which it will be unambiguous that the offered subject of the contract has technical, operational and operational parameters not worse than the parameters of the product indicated in the project. All risk (including costs of any expertise) related to proof of equivalence lies with the Contractor. Legal basis: art. 29 paragraph 3 of the Public Procurement Law.
