The order consists of 2 parts:

Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract, including descriptions of minimum requirements, are included in the Price Forms Appendices No. 1.2 - 1.3 to the Offer Form.

The subject matter should be made in accordance with the applicable Polish Standards and other legal regulations regulating the requirements for ergonomics, safety and appropriate quality.
The subject must be approved for marketing and use in accordance with the regulations applicable to hospitals.
Partial tenders may be submitted. Number of parts 2. Tenders or requests to participate may be submitted for all lots. Offers that do not cover all the components of the subject of the order within a given part will be rejected.
