The invitation to tender concerns the procurement of a new system for rota/hour registration for TRBT (Trøndelag Fire and Rescue Service). An overview of available resources is requested to be linked to the same system as the rota/time registration system. However, this is not an absolute requirement.

TBRT's strategy includes using cloud systems. We therefore prefer a SaaS system for all functional areas. The contract duration is three (3) years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time unless terminated by the contracting authority.

The contract includes implementation, integration, training, and maintenance of the system.
