The acquisition is subject to the renovation of wooden houses and courtyards in Käpylä, Helsinki, as a fixed price total, including in addition to civil engineering works all LVISA works.
The renovation will be subject to a rented property owned by the City of Helsinki City of Helsinki on property 25811/1, at Pohjolankatu 14—20, Sampsantie 21—23, Tapiolantie 9—17 and Metsolantie 20.
The estimated start date of construction work is 9-11/2021 and work should start no later than 11/2021.
Procurement is not split, as a multi-vendor model would provide an inappropriate set of contracts for schedule management and work coordination and could jeopardize the achievement of low cost levels.
Details of the basic remedy
The site is located in a block area of construction artistically and cultural historical value, the formula marking AARK, which is not allowed to perform vegetation or measures defacing the original nature of the courtyard areas.
Residential buildings have an s-marking; a building of construction artistically value in civilisation or cityscape preservation.
