Detailed description of the subject of the contract:

The subject of the contract is: Comprehensive supply of electricity including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution service to the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Lodz.

The sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services within the meaning of the Law of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 833 as amended) for the Institute of Occupational Medicine in Łódź, powered by a 15/0,4 kV transformer with a capacity of 600 kVA (only for IMP needs) in station 11022.

The scope of the contract is indivisible, therefore, the Contractor must have a contract with the Distribution System Operator for the provision of distribution services in the area where the place of electricity supply is located.

Detailed description of the subject of the contract:

1. Sales of electricity in the planned quantity of approx. 630.00 MWh within 7 months from the date of award of the contract.

2. The above value was accepted for calculating the estimated value of the order (based on consumption for 2021) does not reflect the real or declared use of electricity during the duration of the contract and may not in any event be the basis of any claims on the part Contractors.

3. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility to change the projected amount of electricity consumption resulting, in particular from the equipment held by the Ordering Authority, without legal and financial consequences for the Contracting Authority.

4. Technical conditions:

Hospital and laboratory facilities (including the Department of Occupational Diseases)
