SCHOOL BUILDINGS – FLOODS OF 14 AND 15 JULY 2021 – DEMOLITION AND RECONSTRUCTION WORK OF THE ENSIVAL SCHOOL – RENTAL / PURCHASE OF 124 PREFABRICATED MODULES FOR SCHOOL USE.

Following the exceptional floods that took place in Verviers on 14 and 15 July 2021, the Ensival school is particularly affected. A demolition and construction of a new school will begin soon, causing students to be displaced outside the school site.

The purpose of this contract is to provide (the city of Verviers may order the required option for the purchase of the modules at a later date) prefabricated modules for school use pending the construction of a new school and preparatory work for the installation of the modules.

The site chosen to relocate the school is located rue des Weines, 26.

The site concerns plots 194 E and 193 C.

The lease is expected to be 34 months, from August 2023 to June 2026.

The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce this rental period.

The tenderer will re-elect its price for the purchase of such prefabricated modules at the end of the rental period.
