1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of tires for Poczta Polska SA cars in quantity and assortment in accordance with the material and price form constituting Annex No. 1.1. to the ToR, which consists of:

a. summer tires;

b. winter tires;

c. truck tires;

d. all-season tires.

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of tires for Poczta Polska SA cars in quantity and assortment in accordance with the material and price form constituting Annex No. 1.1. to the ToR, which consists of:

a. summer tires;

b. winter tires;

c. truck tires;

d. all-season tires.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the material and price form constituting Annex No. 1.1. to the ToR.

3. Deliveries will be made to the Employer's postal facilities (throughout Poland) specified in Annex 2 to the draft contract.

4. The tires must be: brand new and free from defects, manufactured in the year of delivery or in the year preceding the year of delivery, and in the first grade, of the radial type.

5. The speed and load indexes of the tires supplied must comply with the conditions specified by the Employer. However, the load and speed index may be changed to higher than specified by the Employer in Annex 1.1. to the ToR.

6. Each of the tires supplied must have a visible and indelible marking and E (European Union) approval mark.

7. Universal (all-season) and winter tires must have winter season markings - a mountain symbol with a snowflake.

8. The tires supplied must be made by manufacturers having an ISO 14001 Certificate.
