This prior information notice for registration concerns Torpa barne- og ungdomsskole [Torpa Primary and Lower Secondary School], that will be implemented as a turnkey contract competition with negotiations in accordance with Part I and Part III in ‘the Public Procurement Regulations, PPR'. Torpa Sports Hall will be a separate turnkey contract competition that will be announced at the same time as the school. The project must also implemented simultaneously. The turnkey contractors who want to participate in the competition for Torpa Primary and Lower Secondary schools should send a confirmation of this together with the reply to the qualification requirements point 5 in Part I, the Competition Description. 3 to 6 of the best qualified turnkey contractors will be invited to participate in the tender competition. Up to one to 3 of the contractors who deliver the best offers in accordance with the award criteria will, i.a. be invited to negotiations. The negotiations can apply to all parts of the tenders.

The qualification requirements Point 5 in Part I, will be answered in connection wit this registration. The qualification requirements will be adjusted before Part I is sent out and in Phase II — the tender phase.
