Contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one (1) contractor for the supply of cold-rolled steel sheet piling products and related products, in accordance with the requirements set out in the procurement guidance document and additional annexes.

The scope of this order includes the supply of cold-rolled steel sheet piling products and related products, including: cold-rolled steel sheet piling profile, steel U-profiles, flat lock plates and other related articles.

The contracting authority cannot indicate the exact contract value. This depends entirely on the amount of work that must be carried out from demand-driven projects (including Every Drop In The Ground), maintenance perspective and calamities. That is why a framework agreement was chosen.

In recent years, the contracting authority has allocated approximately € 65,000 excl. vat spent per year. This amounts to approximately 60 tonnes of steel products per year. However, no rights can be derived by the Tenderer from this statement.
