The following activities belong to the scope of this assignment, stating that this work can also be (continue to) be carried out by employees of the HHs:
Team development with a focus on result-responsible working in a broad sense, including intake, analysis, design and implementation of interventions, evaluation and follow up.
Process and organizational development, with a focus on development and implementation of (work) methods and skills aimed at increasing effectiveness and efficiency in process management such as Lean, Agile and other (changeable) interventions for organizational analysis, design and advice.
The purpose of this tender is to arrive at an Agreement with three Contractors for the provision of services for team, process and organizational development. The Assignment will be awarded to the Tenderers with the best value for money (formerly EMVI).
