The object of the order is the design and execution of construction works of the repair and reconstruction of buildings located in Bytom at 38 Piłsudskiego Street, 40 Piłsudskiego Street, 42 Piłsudskiego Street, 44 Piłsudskiego Street, Piłsudskiego Street, 50 Piłsudskiego Street according to the attached functional and utility programs constituting Annexes Nos 1.1 to 1.5. to the SIWZ.
Design and execution of construction works consisting in the repair of the building located in Bytom at 38 Piłsudskiego StreetThe subject of the order shall include, in particular:
1. Elaboration of the design documentation hereinafter referred to as the “Project” or “Design Documentation” containing in particular: implementing projects including industry, works objects, investor cost estimates, Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works, together with obtaining all necessary materials (including: surveying documentation and if applicable to geotechnical, water-legal, as well as any necessary formal and legal documents, including any arrangements required by applicable law, recommendations, permit arrangements, settlement, decisions including licences conservatorship, etc.).
2. On the basis of the Project, obtain a legitimate decision on the construction permit.
3. On the basis of the Project and the legitimate decision on the construction permit to carry out construction works for the reconstruction of the building, together with landscaping and all technical and accompanying infrastructure, including:
3.1. the performance of any temporary works, under the meaning of which any works needed for the performance of the subject of the contract are understood and removed after their performance, which should be carried out in order to ensure the full safety and proper organisation of the construction works covered by the contract with the use of materials and protective and safety equipment in the field of health and safety, both provided for and not provided for in the Functional-Use Programmes, and needed on the construction site for the execution and completion of works and the removal of defects, including in particular: temporary safeguards, temporary switching of networks and installations, fencing and securing of the construction site, preparatory work, organizing, maintenance and subsequent decommissioning of the building facilities;
3.2. completing complementary measurements and checking the technical condition to the extent necessary to carry out the investment, including in particular after demolition and dismantling work;
3.3. obtaining all permits related to the implementation of the investment and the payment of any resulting charges (e.g. seizure of the road lane, pavement, etc.);
3.4. the execution of all tests and receipts from which protocols are required at the final reception of the facility, necessary to obtain a permit for the use of the building (if applicable);
3.5. obtaining a decision on the authorisation for the use of the building (if applicable);
3.6. execution of post-built documentation;
4. During the period of implementation of the construction works, the supervision of their performance.
5. A detailed description of the object of the order shall be included in Annex No 1.1. to the SIWZ, which shall include:
− Functional-Use Program,
− Construction inventory,
− Building expertise.
Note: Design and build formula applies to the scope of works included in the Functional—Utility Programme, excluding works related to hygiene and sanitary premises, replacement of window joinery, internal installations in vacancy housing units and in the case of premises utility additionally swapping the way of use. For the abovementioned vacancy works, the Contractor is obliged to develop separate (for each vacancy), complete design documentation and obtain a legitimate decision on the construction permit, on the basis of which it will be possible to carry out the works at a later date, separately for each vacancy. The building at present does not have inhabited housing units.

1.
