By means of the present open procedure, the National Office for Central Police Services intends to conclude a framework agreement with an economic operator for care services and related services for SUSE products as standard or premium subscriptions.

It must be possible for the police in North Rhine-Westphalia to obtain all products and services offered by SUSE in all current and future versions, as well as new products added within the term of the contract, from the framework agreement with the guaranteed discount. The detailed scope of services is set out in the Technical Terms of Reference (Chapter B), which forms part of these tender documents.

With regard to the framework agreement, no minimum or maximum purchase quantities can be guaranteed. In addition, there is no obligation on the part of the customer to accept products and services. However, it is estimated that approximately €2,000,000 of products and services will be drawn from the framework agreement over the entire duration of the contract.
